Martin del Amo, originally from Germany, is a Sydney-based dance artist and movement trainer. His teachers include German modern dancer and Mary Wigman-student Katharine Sehnert, Japanese Butoh performer Anzu Furukawa, Body Weather practitioners Tess de Quincey and Stuart Lynch as well as improvisational artist Andrew Morrish.

Martin has been working as an independent artist since 1994. As a performer, Martin mainly works solo but has also collaborated with numerous artists of various genres and styles both in Europe and Australia. He increasingly works as choreographer of group works.
